Copyright Policy
Last updated: October 19, 2026
We write every word on femdomchat.live ourselves, draw the few graphics in code and link out; photos and videos are never uploaded here. The chat that Start opens runs on Coomeet's own site and servers and leaves no copy with us. Should you still find something on this site that breaches a copyright belonging to you or to a client of yours, we deal with it under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
What a notice must contain
Send it through the support form and pick the topic “Copyright”. For us to act, include:
- the physical or electronic signature of the rights holder, or of a person entitled to speak for that holder;
- which protected work is concerned (for many works, a representative selection is enough);
- the exact URL on femdomchat.live where the disputed material sits;
- a contact route for our reply (email works best);
- your good faith belief, stated plainly, that this use was never authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- your sworn assurance, under penalty of perjury, that you speak for the owner, plus confirmation that what the notice says is accurate.
A complete notice gets prompt attention, and the material comes down or is blocked while we examine it. An incomplete one gets a reply listing what is missing.
Answering with a counter notice
Did something of yours disappear through error or mistaken identity? Reply via the same form with: your signature; what was removed and the URL where it stood; a declaration under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the removal was a mistake; your name and postal address; and a line accepting the jurisdiction of the federal district court covering the judicial district you live in. The original complainant receives a copy. If no word of a filed lawsuit reaches us from that person in the following 10 to 14 business days, we are free to restore the material.
Copies kept by other services
Material held by linked services (their rooms, profiles and recordings) and anything visible in the Coomeet chat lives on the servers of those companies. Requests to take such material down belong with the company in question; serious operators list their own copyright contact.
Reporting material involving minors
Content that may show someone under 18 is a matter for the authorities, not for copyright law. Report it without delay to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org, phone 1-800-843-5678), then let us know too, and every link to it will be removed from this site at once.
